Mat Spencer

Mat is Project Manager at local company Avion TSL, of which he is also a director, supporting clients to techincally produce their events to the highest quality. From festivals to conferences and weddings to virtual exhibitions he makes sure that everyone is at ease with every step of the process and takes joy in seeing a project through every stage of planning to completion!

Mat has been supporting volunteers in their roles since 2010 where his various responsiblilites with Solihull Scouts have seen him supporting both locally, nationally and internationally…bringing his own skills and always taking the opportunity to learn from others along the way.

Mat is really excited to join the On Your Radio team as Operations Director and can’t wait to support our presenters and hear about their stories!
