Ali Swift

Ali is a Mum of two and lives in Solihull. She has over 23 years IT Service Management experience and has run her family IT Consultancy business, Ask Ali Ltd, for over 10 years. It was whilst on maternity leave in 2017 that Ali wrote the award winning My Wellness Toolbox, sharing the tools that helped her manage and overcome PTSD, Anxiety and Depression whilst working in a Corporate world. This would catapult Ali into the wellness industry.

Not only is she now the published Author of two wellness books, she is a qualified Holistic Therapist, certified Coach and Mentor, Director of Wellbeing for Hampers for Heroes CIC and a Director for Inspire and Connect, a Networking company that connects and supports women in business.

As Talent Director Ali is responsible for on-boarding and then supporting all members of our team on their journey with us. She also presents the Lyrics of Life show every Thursday at 1pm, giving inspirational people the space to share their life stories and the music that means the most to them.
